Crusade & The Big Hog Band is a Fayetteville, AR based jazz group formed in the likes of traditional jazz, funk, swing band, soul, and fusion. The group is comprised with players of diverse musical backgrounds ranging from classical to gospel to rock & roll, and jazz. Crusade’s influences are Stevie Wonder, Oscar Peterson, Yellow Jackets, Snarky Puppy, Frank Sinatra, Bill Withers, and many others. Individually, all of the musicians bring award winning talent, and all have been featured on the national level.

Ozark Regional Songwriters Association: June Showcase | June 19th, 2018
The monthly showcase of the Ozark Regional Songwriters Association features up to 8 songwriters that will perform their original songs. Each songwriter will perform two songs to be judged by the audience on the following criteria; Lyrics, Melody & Overall Performance. The audience will score the songwriters 1-10 on the three categories and the top three songwriters will move on to the final round where they will sing 1 song each and the audience will vote again to choose the winner.

Americana songwriter David Starr will release an evocative new album, South and West, on June 8. The project draws inspiration from the bountiful songwriting community in Nashville, as well as the beautiful backdrop of the Grand Mesa near his home in Cedaredge, Colorado. This show will serve as the Northwest Arkansas CD Release show and will feature special guest Ben Harris.

Hammond B3 organist Pat Bianchi leads an all-star group that evokes the tradition of great jazz organists like Jimmy Smith and Joey DeFrancesco. Bianchi is a two-time Grammy nominated organist and winner of Downbeat Magazine’s 2016 rising star poll. Fiery displays, lyrical expressions and bluesy statements all come to the surface as Pat shares the stage with guitarist Paul Bollenback and drummer Byron Landham.
